Berry Smoothie
1 C milk
1 C Strawberries, frozen
1 C Raspberries, frozen
1 C Vanilla yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!

Well Therese! You stole my recipe! Only we use orange juice instead of milk since I don't like milk.
I wish I had a summer fruit recipe. Other than fruit salad. And that's not really a recipe. Ya know? This smoothie does sound very yummy.
This sounds so delicious! My summer fruit recipe consists of:
1 banana (frozen)
1 Cup bing cherries (frozen - the pitted kind from the grocery works great)
1 Cup chocolate soy milk
Toss it all in a blender. Blend till smooth, enjoy!
I've been addicted to fruit smoothies from Jamba Juice this summer. I find they're sweet w/o being high in calories and no guilt. It's my special treet since I'm quitting sugar and coke.
Frizzy - I love Jamba Juice too! But you'll find it's cheaper and just as good to make your own! :)
