Exciting News!

My niece, Clare, just found out that she will be attending the March for Life in DC in a couple of weeks! She is very excited, as am I for her. I was able to attend as a junior in college and it was so wonderful!

I have asked her to do a guest post here after she comes back. I thought she'd like the opportunity to share her journey. Please keep Clare and her classmates in your prayers as these young women prepare for this incredible opportunity. (Clare attends an all-girl, Catholic high school, just like I did!)

Very excited for Clare! What an experience. WOW!

I want to tell you I'm sorry for accidentally forgetting to post your blog award. If I recall correctly you gave it to me before Christmas. I feel like a total shmuck! I hope you'll forgive me as it wasn't intentional at all. I've made corrections to my blog to include you. Thank you again for it my dear. I do appreciate it!

Fantastic! Our family is heading up as well. We'll be there! I am hoping the weather is as nice as it was last year and the crowds even bigger! This year I will remember to DVR it as well. Maybe we'll see your niece. Last year I met up with another fellow blogger. It was great to meet and march!

Cool, I got to go a few times in college (went to Steubenville) and the high-scholl my hubby teaches at always has a couple busses of students that go down each year. What a great witness!

I'm so happy for her! I went 4 times with my Youth Group and it was such a great experience! Of course, it was only an hour and a half drive for me--it's not like I was going most of the way across the country! I'm sure it will be an experience she never forgets!

I think every teenager should have a chance to attend at least one March for Life. I remember first going as a Freshman. It was an experience I'd never forget!

Will be praying for Clare and her safe travels.

Hugs!
