Sorry I am bit late in posting today-I forgot to pre-post last night!
Easy Pineapple Cheesecake
2 pkgs Ladyfingers
1 – 8 oz cream cheese
1 – 20 oz can crushed pineapple
1 – 16 oz Cool Whip
Place ladyfingers in bottom and sides of a 9” spring form pan. Drain pineapple, and blend with cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour into pan. Chill well before serving.
