Super Mario

My boys received this for Christmas. I have to say that of all of the games that we have for Wii, I really love this one! While my boys tend to get pretty competitive when they are playing Wii, they can't do that with this game. In this one, they work as a team to defeat Bowser. It has been great watching them work together (all 3 boys!). Hearing them encourage each other as well.
At one point today, I did hear the following conversation:
Drew to Peter, "Dude, that was AWESOME! Let's try it again!" (I don't really like when he uses dude, but it was cute!)
Peter in response, "No one messes with Peter!"
It has been a good break!
They also received Sports Resort, Family Game Night 2, and Mario at the Winter Olympics. They have had a great time. I think I'll wait until Sunday to remind them that back to school means video game free zone!

Yes it is too early yet to remind them when school starts Wii and Ds go on the 'down lo'. James came in and saw your blog post. 'AWWW Cool. We need that game too!' They got legos star wars and have to work together to get places on that one too. I hear encouragement too. I also hear alot of 'Wait William! I don't know how to go there.' I myself haven't had a controller in my hand for more than 15 minutes since Christmas Day.
New Years Hugs!

This game was sold out around here before Christmas. My husband brought it home today and wrapped it up. It is a gift for ME. I am so excited, I can hardly stand it. A good ol' classic Mario game. I've been waiting forever!!!!! Glad to know it is loved at your house.

We're all trying to get the chores done in a hurry so we can play! :)
